Shipping & Delivery

We offer Free Shipping on all domestic orders. You will receive an email from contact@ofthechaos.com when your order has been confirmed.
All orders are shipped within 2–4 working days of placing the order, Monday to Friday.
Once shipped, please allow approximately 2–7 working days for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on the area pin-code. If your order has not arrived, contact contact@ofthechaos.com.
Please do not accept a package if it appears to have been tampered with or damaged.
If an order is not received by the customer and is returned to origin (RTO), it will be re-shipped only after it has been delivered back to us. Additional courier charges for re-shipping will be borne by the customer.
In unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, acts of God or rioting, delivery may take a few additional days.
A tracking number will be generated after your order is processed. Tracking details will be sent to your registered email address and contact number through our shipping partner.
All prices are inclusive of taxes for Indian residents.

Cash On Delivery (COD)

Cash On Delivery (COD) is available on orders up to INR 4,999.
Once an order is placed using COD, our team will contact the customer to confirm the order and details.
If the customer cannot be contacted via call or text after 2 attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If a confirmed COD order is not accepted at the time of delivery, the customer may not be able to use COD for future orders.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a hassle-free exchange and return policy. A return or exchange can be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, email contact@ofthechaos.com with:
1. Order ID
2. Product(s) you want to return
3. Reason for the return
Once your request is received, our team will arrange a reverse pickup.
If reverse pickup is unavailable for your pin-code, you will need to ship the order back to us.
Please note: Return shipping costs and shipping costs for the replacement item in case of an exchange will be borne by the customer.
Items must be in their original unwashed and unworn condition with all tags attached.
All returned and exchanged items will undergo a quality check before being approved or declined.
We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if the item does not pass our quality check.
Requests received after the return-policy deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
If an exchange size is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or issue store credit redeemable on a future online purchase.
Return and exchange requests can be processed only once per order.
If the desired item is unavailable, store credit may be offered.

Refund Policy

Refunds are offered only in the form of store credit.
You will receive an email update once your return or exchange has been processed.
Store credit issued for returns is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance. Any unused balance will expire after this period.

Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive a damaged or defective product, email contact@ofthechaos.com with:
1. Order ID
2. Description of the issue
3. Clear photos of the defect
The brand is not liable for product defects reported more than 2 days after delivery.
Items damaged due to mishandling or misuse by the customer are not eligible for a return or exchange.

Sale Purchase Policy

All sale purchases are final.
Products purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
This applies to discounted items as well as 1 of 1 or custom products.
No exceptions will be made for size, colour or style exchanges.
Refunds will not be issued for sale items.
This policy overrides our standard return and exchange policy.
Before purchasing during a sale, please carefully review the product details, size and colour.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is possible only if the products have not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests are not valid.
