SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

  • We offer Free Shipping on all domestic orders.
    You will receive an email from contact@ofthechaos.com when your order has been confirmed.
  • All orders would be shipped within 2-4 working days of placing the order. (Monday - Friday)
  • Once the order is shipped, allow at least 2-7 working days for delivery. The delivery time may vary depending on the area pin-code. If you still have not received your order, please notify us at contact@ofthechaos.com
  • Please do not accept the package at delivery if the package seems to be tampered with or damaged.
  • If the order is not received by the customer and is returned to origin (RTO), the order will be re-shipped only once it gets delivered back to us. Kindly note, in this case addition courier charges for re-shipping of the order will have to be borne by the customer.
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, acts of God or rioting, the delivery time may increase by a few days.
  • Tracking no. will be generated shortly after your order is processed. You will get the courier tracking number on registered email id and contact number via our shipping partner.
  • All prices are inclusive of taxes for Indian residents.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

  • Cash On Delivery (COD) available on orders up to INR 4999
  • Once an order is placed with the COD payment method, the customer will be contacted by our team to confirm the order and details.
  • Please note, Incase the customer cannot be contacted via call or text after 2 attempts. we reserve the right to cancel the order.
  • If the order is confirmed and is not accepted at the time of delivery, the customer will not be able to use COD payment method for any future orders on the website

RETURN POLICY

  • We offer a hassle free exchange and return policy, allowing you to initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • To initiate a return please email us at contact@ofthechaos.com with 
    1. Order ID
    2. The product(s) that you want to return 
    3. Reason for the return
  • Once we receive your request, the team will arrange a reverse pickup.
  • If the reverse pickup service is unavailable for your pincode, you will be responsible to ship the order back to us.
  • PLEASE NOTE: The shipping cost for the return and shipping cost for the new item (in case of exchange) will be borne by the customer.
  • To be eligible for returns or exchanges, items must be in their original unwashed condition, unworn with all the tags attached.
  • All the returns and exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and will be further be approved/declined for exchange.
  • We reserve the right to deny a return/exchange if the piece does not pass the quality check.
  • If you fail to meet the deadlines of our Return policy, we will be unable to offer a refund.
  • If an exchange in size cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, we will offer an alternative product or issue a credit note redeemable on your next online purchase.
  • Return and exchange requests can be processed only once per order.
  • If the desired item is unavailable, we will offer a refund via offer store credit.

REFUND POLICY

  • We only offer refunds in the form of store credit.
  • You will receive an email update once the exchange has been processed.
  • Please note that store credit issued for returns are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.. Any unused credit note balance will expire after this period.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTED GOODS

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, email us at contact@ofthechaos.com with 
    1. Order ID
    2. Description of the issue
    3. Clear photos of the defect
  • The brand is not liable for any product defects discovered 2 days after the date of delivery.
  • Please note that items damaged due to mishandling or misuse by the customer are not eligible for a return or exchange.

SALE PURCHASE POLICY

  • All sales are final.
  • Any product that has been purchase on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • This policy applies to all items purchased at a discounted prices as well as 1 of 1 or custom products.
  • No exceptions will be made for size, color, or style exchanges.
  • Refunds will not be issued for any sale items.
  • This policy overrides our standard return and exchange policy.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Before making a purchase during a sale, ensure you have carefully reviewed the product details, size, and color to avoid any discrepancies.

  • Cancellation is only possible in the case that the products have not been shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests are not valid.
